St. Maries River Railroad


Unfortunately, during this visit the famous "Potlatch Plow" was hidden from view.

Fall colors have as yet to start showing, back in 2018. Motive power
sits quietly outside their engine house in St. Maries, Idaho. GP9's 103 and 101,
plus SW1200 501, are ready for their next assignments. (All are ex-Milwaukee Road.)

Mid-1980's finds STMA #5005, a Thrall Door Potlatch box car waiting
along with a companion. This was the BNRR yard at Coeur d'Alene, Idaho:
