"Limitada" is a restrictive style order. These are essentially the
instructions for two trains to meet, (cruzando), or "cross" each other.
Santo Domingo, Villa Clara:
This is the equivalent of a clearance or clearance order, as known in Canada, Mexico & the USA.
Both conductor and engineer are told here "the way is clear for the departure of their train."
