Watertown & Sioux Falls Railway

Although these papers show South Dakota Central Railway, they are both dated after the
reorganization to W&SF RY. This is just being frugal through using up of old stationery supplies.

Note that "AT_____ STATION" shows Sioux City, Iowa. Although usually true, this
time it is not the copying office. Sioux City indicates where their dispatcher was located.

Also seen is how both of these have been manually marked- One for Form 19, the other as Form 31.
